Members are invited to apply to host BWF/BEC Coach Education Tutor Level 2 Course and BWF/BEC Coach Education Combined level 1+ 2 Course.

Badminton Europe have just announced that they will organise two Coach Education courses and Members have been invited to apply in order to become hosts. The two official courses are BWF/BEC Tutor Level 2 Course and BWF/BEC Coach Education Combined level 1+ 2 Course, the latter one being focused on the current badminton players and former badminton players’ further career development.

Such courses foster the development and enhancement of badminton in Europe through valuable courses in which participants will not only get an official certificate but also will develop skills in order to further develop the sport in their own countries.

One host for two events
BWF/BEC Tutor Level 2 Course aims at providing candidates with training and certificate that will enable them to deliver the Coach Level 2 Courses and Coach Level 1 Courses in their country. Successfully passing the course will allow candidates to become BWF Level 2 Coaches. This course will be taking place from 17 – 19 November 2021.

The other course, BWF/BEC Level 1+ Level 2 Coach Education Course for current and former players aims at giving these the support and opportunity to continue their career in our sport by combining their knowledge and high-level experience of badminton with a coach education such as this. The course will be taking place from 8 – 16 November 2021.

If you want to contribute to the enriching and development of the sport and be an asset in the fostering of talent from our new generation of players, become a host for these BEC courses.

Members who would like to host these courses should fill out the hosting application form before Monday 16th August 2021 and send it to maricarmen.casermeiro@badmintoneurope.com.

For further information related to this course, do not hesitate to contact Mari Carmen Casermeiro, BEC Development and High-Performance Officer, at maricarmen.casermeiro@badmintoneurope.com.
