Tomorrow’s final tie is complete now after BC Chambly Oise has beaten Recreativo les la Orden 3-2.

The tie was close from start to finish, and both sides gave the spectators in Junlinster something to watch for the evening.

A close tie

The first match got the Spanish club off to a great start in the Mixed Doubles as Pablo Abián and Haideé Ojeda Garrido won the match in straight games against Bastien Kersaudy and Lorraine Baumann. (21-17, 21-17)

The second match was Chambly’s as Jordan Hart continued her fantastic showing at her first European Club Championships and won in straight games. (11-21, 12-21)

With the scores level in the tie, it was down to Eetu Heino and Pablo Abián to see who would put their team in the driving seat. After three games the tie went in les La Orden’s favour, the Spaniard won after a controversial second game and continued the momentum in the third. (17-21, 21-17, 21-15)

The tie could have been decided in the final match with the Spanish team, leading 2-1, but the Women’s Doubles team from Chambly Lorraine Baumann and Soraya De Visch Eijbergen took the tie to a final match by winning in straight games. (14-21,19-21)

The tie was then decided with the Men's Doubles, Bastien Kersaudy, and Robert Mateusiak took their time to the final after a professional display and beat les La Orden in straight games. (8-21, 12-21)
