  • Knowledge exchange;
  • Encourage sports and cooperative spirit, contributing to the training process of athletes;
  • Provide all experiments athletes, recreational sports activities/playful character training and sports orientation in competitive edge;
  • Respect the rules of sportsmanship, foster among all athletes an atmosphere of good interpersonal relations and fair competition.

All the goals were achieved by the knowledge exchange between the coaches of the respective countries and the scientific knowledge of each coach.

At the end of the training camp players and coaches were unanimous in considering these very important meetings for technical/tactical and psychological improvement as for the social and cultural development of all.

It should be noted that after the internship, the junior international of Portugal took place in the same complex, where most of the athletes who participated in the camp had excellent sports performances.

In conclusion, the organisers considered that the camp was a success.
